I'm SO excited! Tonight, at 9 p.m. on NBC, the third season of FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS premieres. Now, those of you who have DIRECT TV (ahem, Sarah) have already gotten their FNL fixes. But me, I've been JONESING. I actually downloaded most of the first season using Pirate Bay, but there's something about watching them on TV that made me wait. (I'm holding on to the eps, though, in case NBC pulls the plug early.) Have I mentioned how much I absolutely ADORE my FNL? Tim Riggins, it's been too long.

This is a nice end to an otherwise craptastic week. I won't even mention the cold, since everyone else has done such a great job of it already, but BRRRRRRR. And I have a nasty sinus infection that leaves my head weighing 100 pounds. I've been fighting it for a couple of weeks, but then Tuesday after class, I went to get my hair cut and ALMOST FELL ASLEEP IN THE CHAIR. (It all worked out. The girl gave me a cute cut.) That night, both Joe and I passed out in front of the TV at, like, 9 p.m. The next day I woke up with a head full of snot and the desire to melt into a little puddle of Lara. I'm still struggling to feel normal, but at least it's Friday, and in a few short hours, I'll get a shot of love from Dr. Riggins.
